All voting is 7am—7pm on valid days and locations. Lucky Shoals Park and Lenora Park Gym are the closest dropbox locations which have the same hours as early voting and are inside.
Early voting locations closest to District 2 are Lucky Shoals Park Gym (right by my house!), Mountain Park Activity Building (which is NOT a dropbox location), and Lenora Park Gym.
